The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

I had a frustrating experience during my stay. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low, leading to an uncomfortable bathing experience. Additionally, the beds were too soft for my liking, and the pillows went flat quickly, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing as well, with food stains visible upon our arrival.

The room was clean and surprisingly spacious. The employees were professional and friendly. I had a nice moment with Kenesha at the front desk who went out of her way to help us with recommendations and even got us quarters for parking. Her effort really made our stay easier

Our stay exceeded expectations with warm, helpful staff. They even arranged us a nap room at a nearby hotel for our little ones during a scheduled fire drill. Breakfast had delicious options and was always fresh. Remember, it ends at 9 AM, so set an early alarm!

I simply adored the inviting decor and tropical greenery around the pool area, it felt like paradise! The spacious suites were easy to navigate, and the kind staff made everything accessible and enjoyable for us seniors.

More seating in common areas would be appreciated.

We enjoyed the pool and explored Tropicana Field and Cove Cay Golf Club nearby. The breakfast was always stocked, and the staff were super friendly. Just remember to keep breakfast in mind, as it ends at 9 am. Overall, a great spot for a group getaway!
